Now that the draft plan has been presented to the Board and, there are a number of ways community members can review and comment on the draft plan as well as the Environmental Impact Statement.

Generic Environmental Impact Statement
The Draft Scoping Document for the GEIS is available for review and comment until January 22, 2021. All items identified in the Draft Scoping Document will be addressed in the subsequent Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement (DGEIS). Written comments identifying additional issues that should be considered in the DGEIS should be submitted to
