Specifications may be obtained at the Town Clerk Office, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown Bids will be accepted at the Town Clerk Office on or before 11:00 am February 23, 2017.
The successful contractor shall be responsible for performing new installations, emergency repairs and maintenance as directed via Town of Smithtown purchase orders. This is a term contract for an indefinite amount of work to be furnished as ordered.
