PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 22, 2016, the Town Board of the Town of Smithtown, in the County of Suffolk, New York, adopted a resolution amending the bond resolution adopted by said Town Board on June 23, 2016, which bond resolution, as amended, is entitled:
“Bond Resolution of the Town of Smithtown, New York, adopted June 23, 2016 and amended September 22, 2016, authorizing the acquisition of highway vehicles and equipment, stating the estimated maximum cost thereof is $1,356,480, appropriating said amount for such purpose, and authorizing the issuance of bonds in the principal amount of $1,356,480 to finance said appropriation,”
