Specifications may be obtained at the Town Clerk Office, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown Bids will be accepted at the Town Clerk Office on or before 11:00 am March 17, 2016.
The successful contractor shall be responsible for performing annual service, maintenance and repairs as directed by a Town purchase order and in accordance with bid specifications. All work performed under this agreement shall be on a time and materials basis.
