NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County,
State of New York will meet at the Victor T. Liss Board Room, Town Hall, 99 West Main Street,
Smithtown, New York on the 5th day of January, 2016 at 2:00 P.M., time then in effect to
consider the Town’s entry onto certain real property located at 59 Main Street, Town of
Smithtown, New York 11787 (SCTM# 0800-77.0-5-49), said property reputedly owned by ADB
MANAGEMENT, LLC, for the purpose of removing or remediating the front sign and canopy
which are in disrepair, replacing the two (2) large front windows which are broken, removing the
unsightly brown paper hanging in the front windows, as well as remediating the presence of the
exposed electrical wiring, all at the subject site, and all in violation of Chapter 221 of the
Smithtown Town Code, as per the recommendation of the Town Attorney and the Director of
Public Safety.
