The Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for a public hearing to be held
at Town Hall, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown, New York on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at
2:00 p.m. to consider the application for renewal by Suffolk Cable of Smithtown, Inc.
(Cablevision) of its cable television franchise with the Town.
