PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE TO BIDDERS


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals for Applied Polymer Cement Surfacing will be received at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Patrick R. Vecchio Building, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown, New York 11787-0646 until 11:00 A.M., on August 27, 2020 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.


Specifications may be obtained on or after August 13, 2020 from the Office of the Town Clerk at the above address Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.


Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope designated Bid #20-057 - Polymer Cement Surfacing.


The Town of Smithtown reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  All bids must be submitted intact.  Do not remove any pages.  Non Collusive Bidding Certificate and Disclosure Statements must accompany each bid.  The Town of Smithtown encourages minority and women owned businesses to participate in all bids.
