PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, State of New York will meet at the Smithtown Town Hall, Patrick R. Vecchio Building, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown, New York on the 1st day of September, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., time then in effect to consider the Town’s entry onto certain real property located at 3 Delmar Lane, Commack, New York 11725, (SCTM #0800-041.000-0003-035.000), said property being owned by BRIAN D’ARCY, for the purpose of removing downed trees, debris, overgrown vegetation, three (3) dilapidated sheds and five (5) unregistered vehicles with no valid NYS inspections, all in violation of Chapter 221 of the Code of the Town of Smithtown entitled Property Maintenance, as per the recommendation of the Town Attorney and the Director of Public Safety.
AT THE AFOREMENTIONED TIME AND PLACE, a public hearing will be held and all interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
