The Town of Smithtown has just launched its new TDFR webpage. On this page, you will find a general description of the program, a link to the TDFR ordinance, and answers to some frequently asked questions(FAQs). Interested buyers and sellers can fill out the appropriate form on this page in order to be added to the TDFR registry. The registry will be updated weekly and posted on the TDFR webpage. It is our hope that the registry will help connect interested buyers and sellers and therefore facilitate transfers of density flow rights.
