Cannataro Senior Citizen Center, 420 Middle Country Road, Smithtown, NY on the 20th day of September, 2018 at 7:00 P.M., and duly approved Special Exception Petition #2018-A, the Town Board's Own Motion, for a change of zone from R-10 (Residential) to NB (Neighborhood Business). Property located at the intersection of the east side of Commack Road with the north side of Henry Street, Commack, SCTM #800-174-1-21.2
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly side of Commack Road (Variable Width) and the northerly side of Henry Street (50’ wide) and from said point of BEGINNING running, thence;
