PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that The Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for a public hearing to be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at the Town of Smithtown Town Hall, Patrick R. Vecchio Building, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown, New York 11787, to consider the Town’s entry onto certain real property located at 24 Smiths Lane, Commack, Town of Smithtown, New York 11725, for the purpose of removing the large accumulation of junk, rubbish and debris including, but not limited to, unregistered vehicles, vehicle parts, appliances, furniture, and other refuse and debris, all in violation of Town Code Chapter 221.
AT THE AFOREMENTIONED TIME AND PLACE, a Public Hearing will be held and all interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
