Specifications may be obtained at the Town Clerk Office, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown Bids will be accepted at the Town Clerk Office on or before 11:00 am April 26, 2018.
This is abid to furnish the Town of Smithown with Traffic Sign Material as directed by Town of Smithtown purchase orders and in accordance with bid specifications and requirements. All signs must meet the Federal Manual as well as the New York State Supplement and/or Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) specifications for shape, color, dimensions, legends and illumination or reflectorization set forth by the Office of Traffic Operations, Federal Highway Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation. This is a term contract for an indefinite amount of goods, to be furnished as ordered. The Town reserves the right to order more, less or no goods at all against this contract.
