This is a bid to furnish the Town of Smithown with pet supplies on a monthly basis for the Smithtown Animal Shelter as directed by Town of Smithtown purchase order and in accordnace with bid specifications and requirements. This is a term contract for an indefinite amount of goods to be furnished as ordered. Pricing will be obtained for various items the the Town may use. Vendors need not bid on all items or delivery options.
