A Public Hearing has been scheduled for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Gyrodyne Subdivision application. The Public will have the opportunity to speak on the record during the hearing, to be held on January 8th, 8PM at the Eugene Cannataro Senior Center, 420 Middle Country Road, Smithtown. Residents who cannot make the public hearing or wish to submit written comments, comments can be submitted to the Smithtown Planning Board via email to smithtownplanning@smithtownny.gov or mail to 99 W Main Street, PO Box 0575, Smithtown, NY 11787.
Residents who would like to view the Environmental Impact Statement can do so online or in person.

Paper copies of this DEIS with scale drawings are available for public review at the Smithtown, Nesconset, Kings Park, and Commack branches of the Smithtown Public Library, as well as at the offices of the Smithtown Planning Department (25 Redwood Lane, Smithtown) and Smithtown Department of Environment and Waterways (124 West Main Street, Smithtown.) Please note that the scale and dimensions of the Figures and Plans in this document may not be accurately displayed on your monitor.
