The plans to expand the Watermill with a Boutique hotel addition will go before the Board of Zoning Appeals on July 16th at the Smithtown Senior Citizens Center at 7PM. Residents can view site plans, photos of the entry/exits and location of the property and elevation renderings ahead of time via the below links.

There is no longer access through Rhoda Avenue.
The Site Plan submitted with the application states that the watermill Inn will be connected to the existing Galleria Sewage Treatment Plant.
The plant is located behind the Carabba’s and Green Turtle restaurants across the by-pass (347).
