Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential service that can provide help and referral to employees and their family members that are experiencing stress which may be affecting their work and home life. The EAP is available to help you in the areas of: alcohol and drug abuse, emotional difficulties, marital discord, family issues, gambling addiction and other related matters.
There is no cost for the services or follow up contact offered by your EAP Coordinator. When continued counseling is recommended and referrals are made for appropriate services, the employee is responsible for the cost of the treatment that is not covered by insurance. The EAP Coordinator will assist employees in finding affordable treatment options.
If you or a family member need the services of the Employee Assistance Program, call Steve Cantrell, EAP Coordinator on his direct line: 631-603-5737.
