Life Skills Training
The Life Skills Training promotes health and personal development resources for adolescents ages 10 to 14 years old, who would benefit from additional training in the areas of:

  • Assertiveness
  • Communication Skills
  • Coping with Anxiety
  • Decision Making
  • Self-image and Self-improvement
  • Social Skills
  • Why people use mood altering substances

The Life Skills Training has been approved as a SAMHSA Research Based Model Program and is available free of charge to all local school districts.
